Based heavily on the illustrious design of the Yamaha SG-5A from the 1960s, The SGV-700 is a modern reissue of the classic design, made in Taiwan and sold exclusively in Japan. These are now discontinued so a rare bird indeed! These guitars are always outstanding quality and have fantastic attention to detail, they really capture the essence of the 1960s Flying Samurais and it is certainly difficult to differentiate from the originals.
