A sonic gem, this 1970 Australian-delivered Fender Bassman is a 50w head that was set for 240v power at the factory (so a step-down transformer is not required). Featuring the classic twin channel Bassman circuit with 2-band eq and bright switching for each channel, the Bassman has the signature crunchy break up and natural overdrive that has been sought after and relied upon by many. Condition is good overall with a few tolex nicks and dings, there is some sticker residue on the faceplate, and the cab has some grill cloth and tolex tears but functionality is excellent.
