The classic Rickenbacker bass, this 4001 from 1982 features 2 single coil pickups, neck-through construction, twin truss rods, triangle inlays, Rick-O-Sound stereo output, and white pickguard. Condition is good overall with modest playwear (buckle rash, finish dings) and is missing the bridge pickup shroud. Sonically the bass is a serious contender, with thumping low end and a cutting midrange that has made the 4001 the choice of bass players from Lemmy to McCartney, Rick James to Roger Waters.__
