The undisputed jewel in the Gretsch crown, the White Falcon, was created for exhibit at the 1954 NAMM show where it proved so popular it was put into production. Featuring a 17" wide hollow body, striking white paintwork and gold-plated hardware and gold flake binding, the White Falcon has always been an eye-catching instrument that makes its presence known.
This example from 2007 shows modern Japanese instrument building at it's finest and evokes the '59 era Falcon with it's Neo-Classic inlays and dual Filtertron Pickups. It presents in near-new condition outside of a little wear to the gold plating on the Bigsby and Grover Imperial machine heads, and some small cracks near the screw in the pickguard. Frets display no signs of play wear, and the case is also in fantastic condition.
