Description

It's great having an instrument that shows the internet guitar forum experts don't really know what they are talking about.  Blah blah blah guitars from the 70's suck.  Ra ra ra Gibson can't make basses. Boo Hoo vintage bass guitars are too heavy.  Well guess what?  All wrong!  All silly! All arguments that can be made invalid by purchasing a Ripper!

Part of the most outstanding family of bass instruments ever conceived, The Ripper is the angry cousin of the more famous Grabber, and the often forgot G-3.  Large alder body lovingly finished in the king of colours, natural.  No damage to the headstock, all original parts are still intact, though the bridge convert did not make it to us.  The scratch guard is beginning to disintegrate in places but still holds firm.  Frets still have a lot of life in them, the Bill Lawerence Super Humbuckers are still as huge as the day they were wound, ready to crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of venue staff for years to come.

The bass is missing its original case, though it does come with a super cool Gibson Japan Authorized Instrument sticker on the back of the headstock.  This won't help you transport the bass, but it helps you feel gooooooood.

Ask yourself, are you cool enough? Do you have what it takes? Do you have the power?  I think you do, come and find out, have a sword in the stone-esk moment.  Live forever.

Made in the USA.
