Description
Circa 1967 Hofner 500/1 Beatle bass. Playing this one for a few moments alone it feels great in the hand and has that classic thump favoured by Macca and many others. This one is in a nice deep smokey tobacco burst and the plastics have aged nicely to a nicotine yellow. In great condition for its age. All original with the exception of some replacement control knobs. Currently strung with a set of flat wounds. Comes with a non original hardcase. Made in Germany.
