If you have been past the shop in the last year, some dude with a beard has told you "We have some old Mesa MK combos! You can't buy them! One day they will be ready!". And today is that day
Mesa Boogie MKiia 12" Combo dated 21/11/1979 with the original 12" Altec Lasing 417-AH and Graphic EQ,
aged cream tolex, original transformers, just serviced by Simon Cotter including revalve and replacement filter caps.
I'm unsure what I need to tell you about these amps. Mesa are the original boutique amp builder out of California, Keith Richards purchased 40 of them over the years, it's loud enough to strip paint off a barn 100m away, yet still sounds as sweet as can be at lower volumes. These are the REAL do everything amp, and you can own one!

Still has the original transformer, so this amp will require a stepdown transformer.
The lead master volume pot is original, but has worn out over time, causing it to function with a restricted range. The amp still goes till 10, but the volume pot works from 0-4 with 4 being full volume.
This is an easy fix for any tech worth their salt, but we made the call to keep the amp all original
