Description
Ah, to be sure, to be sure…the mystery Mandolin.
Some say it was used to play the Victory song in the pub on Easter Monday in 1949 when Ireland became a republic…some say that this very Mandolin was Phil Lynotts first instrument. Some say, this mandolin is not of Irish descent at all...but either way..it's a nice sounding, very good playing Mandolin.
The pickguard is an add on, has a little hole in it (please see pics) but someone has definitely spent some dosh on this getting it to play just right.
We've called this the 'Shamrock', why, because whoever owns this instrument is bound to be blessed with good luck...
Comes with a cool vintage leather mandolin case too.
