Ok, I promise not to get on my horse again...I shan't mention Takeshi Terauchi, and how he popularised the Yamaha SG.
I won't mention his fantastic 'Rashomon' album that came out one slim year after this guitar was built in 1972.
I shan't mention how fun this guitar is to play, and how splendid the pickups sound.
I refuse to mention the V shaped neck and expressive tremolo system.
I won't say that, in my opinion, these Yamaha SGs are the height of functional kook, that don't ape US guitars.
I won't tell you the frets are good, guitar has some honest wear, and it is hard for me to put it down...NOPE..so here is the description..
