Non pancake, maple neck banger of a Les Paul in really lovely nick.
Nobody mention Frank Zappa, I mentioned it once but I think I got away with it.
Couple of things of note. Replacement stop, replacement bridge, new gold jack plate, locking strap pins, new pickup covers, over the top of the original T Top pickups that date to '78.
Original pots that again date to 1978. It's never been refretted and there is still life in the frets.
Very few scratches and dings on this thing..obviously well looked after by the previous owner (who has had this since 2001 - receipt in the case)
The best thing is, this guitar runs at a very nice 4.50kgs, so it's not a shoulder killer at all.
Binding has yellowed off somewhat but honestly, aside from the few changed parts, you'd be hard pressed to find a nicer condition Custom.
Comes with the original hardshell case.
