Description
Sixties Guyatone with 4 (count 'em) pickups.
Kooky wiring enables you to 2 'channels' with switches for 'solo' and 'mic 1 & 2'. Tone 'wheel', gosh, I dunno, all looks confusing but it isn't really.
Point is, this guitar really doesn't sound like anything else, and surely that is the whole idea.
All hardware was made in house by Guyatone, and not really copied from any guitar in particular.
Is Guyatone the Japanese equivalent of Mosrite or Burns? Probably.
We had a cool Cherry Pink Guyatone LG-130T not that long back and now this cute as LG-140T in 'burst.
No case, but if you remind us we will chuck in a 60s pleather brown gig bag..Which begs the question...who invented the gig bag? That may be a tale for another day.
Made in Japan, no serial, Weight: 3.80kgs.
