Beautiful Three S, made by Suzuki. D-45 style number.
Martin style construction, done so so well: 3 piece laminate Brazilian rosewood back and sides, abalone inlay all the way round and a solid spruce top.
The neck has a subtle V to it.
Unlike a 1970s Martin this guitar does have a truss rod.
Has just had a fresh set up and although the saddle is sitting fairly low..the action is perfect at the moment. Bridge has had a little shaved off the bottom too.
It's a great thing..with many features in an acoustic you pay a premium for, and new this model was around 40000 Yen, which was a premium price for the time.
Full sounding, and damn fine looking acoustic.
