It's a Lap Steel and Resonator all in one. 

Has a Fishman undersaddle and a Lace Sensor pickup in the neck..the best of both worlds. 

Great, road worthy (obviously) instrument. 

All maple construction.

Made in the USA, sometime in the '90s whit whoo.
