Description
A truly exceptional example of one of the most iconic bass designs of the late ’60s. The Dan Armstrong Plexi bass, built by Ampeg in collaboration with Dan himself, is instantly recognisable for its clear Lucite body, interchangeable pickup system, and ultra-tight attack.
This 1969 example is collector-grade in every sense—cleaner than most with none of the common yellowing, cracking, or hardware degradation. Original knobs, Schaller tuners, pickup, and bridge all present and correct.
Comes complete with the original gig bag, Ampeg tools, and tags—a proper time capsule.
Made in the USA.
