Quite possibly the ultimate Stratocaster.
It's like a hot muscle car..why run stock pickups when you can shoot the moon. Why run a 3 way switch when you can 5. Why put up with the Fender stock trem block when you can get infinite sustain in the aftermarket (or even afterlife if you prefer).
So, as you may have gathered..this is a players Strat. If you are looking for a cool vintage, lightweight Strat with bark and bite, and the added benefit of being an insomniac, this could be the guit for you..
So...changed heads, changed bridge, changed block, changed pots, switch and knobs. Original parts are NOT included. The pickups are a JB in the bridge plus 2 unknown pickups measuring 5.6K and 6.7K. Of course there is a rout under the guard..but it is covered by a guard..so you don't see it.
The neck is skinny and the frets are low, but still operate as they should.
Neck and body date to 1973.
It's a cool thing, beat in all the right ways, plays great, sounds great..lightweight..renovateor detonate, or just play it just the way it is..
Made in the USA and comes with the original Fender hardshell case.
