Description
Sig model Greco of (one of my favourite guitar players) Mick Ralphs.
Mick Ralphs was in two seminal bands in his lifetime, Bad Company and Mott The Hoople, both incredibly influential.
Ralphs for me would always, 'hit the right note', that is for sure.
All that aside, this Greco model ticks a lot of boxes..2 Maxon U-2000 pickups, no pickguard, 24 frets, kind of a Les Paul junior, melody maker shape, and all before 'Rock and Roll Relics' was a breath in the world.
The guitar has had a recent refret..(not by us) and the frets are looking good, plenty of life.
One moved strap pin to the horn..and a hold remains on the back.
Couple of dings commensurate with the age of the instrument but all in all, this is a rockin' signature model, that punches well and truly above its price point..but shoot don't take my word for it, as I am biased.
I'll leave you with some Mott.

"God ain't jive
For I can see his love
As it runs alive
'N one by one
Through fields of rusted wire
The war has just begun
Oh, cross over shame like the wise dove
Who cares not for fame just for shy love
'N rejoice for the king ain't lost his throne, oh no
He's still here, you are not alone" - Mott The Hoople.
