Description
An incredibly rare shred-era flagship from the Ibanez Pro Line catalogue. The PL1770 was only made for a brief window in the mid-'80s, with this one finished in factory Gold Pearl and loaded with wild period-correct features.
Factory HSS layout with Ibanez USA pickups, low-profile Edge trem system. Fast maple neck with an ebony board, jumbo frets, and recessed locking nut. These were peak high-tech, high-concept builds, with excellent Japanese craftsmanship to back it up.
Cosmetically aged with some visible oxidation to the hardware and a bit of natural wear, but everything functions as it should. A true statement piece for collectors of rare MIJ oddities or anyone who appreciates unapologetically weird golden-era Ibanez.
