Description
From a particulary good period of American made vintage reissues, this is a 2001 AVRI '70s Stratocaster. The bad news is, someone has stripped the body to natural, the good news is, someone has stripped the body to natural.
OK, it's not the greatest strip job in the world, looks like there is a bit of white still in the grain...but, damn, if that isn't a spectacular looking piece of Ash that was underneath the stock finish. I'm unsure as to what the finish is on the wood now, but it's light enough to still have some grain poking through.
The rest of the guitar, is in very good condition indeed and there is plenty, and I mean plenty of life left in the frets.
Still has the bridge cover intact and the trem arm, comes with a hardshell case (not the original). Really a lot of guitar for the $$.
