Very cool Fender 5 string artist banjo from the 70s! Honestly I cant help myself everytime I pickup a banjo I bust out "Cripple Creek" by Billy Connolly. It’s a must. Closed back, bit of weight to it but it sure packs a whole lotta punch. Maple centre neck strip, walnut veneer resonator, rim hard rock maple multi ply with walnut veneer and chrome hardware. It sounds absolutely lovely and has some beautiful perloid appointments in the headstock inlay, logo and also the fret markers. An inlay is missing on the 10th fret.
