Description
A striking early example from Greco’s golden era of Gibson-style craftsmanship, this pre-serial SA-700R channels strong late-60s ES-335 energy. Built in Japan in the early to mid-'70s, this one's got the vibe in spades.
The laminated maple body in rich cherry shows off some beautiful grain, paired with cream binding and block inlays for that unmistakable vintage thinline look. The pickups deliver bold, clear tones with just the right amount of growl—very usable, very fun.
All stock down to the Maxon pickups, open-book headstock, and original star tuners. The finish is glossy and deep, and there's light honest wear throughout.
Greco’s early ES-style guitars are among the most collectible and musically satisfying MIJ pieces from this period—and for a bootleg, this one holds its own against the big 'G'.
Made in Japan, pre-1975. No case included, but we’ll pack it like it’s going on tour.
