Logging in right in the mid 70s peak of prime Japanese American copies comes this Fresher S Type in a very rad Burgundy Mist colour.
Middle pickup is replaced with a USA made DiMarzio and does 'that' sound very well.
Has the large 70s F style headstock too. Also has a 3 way switch installed, so you'll have to provide your own matchstick should you want the inbetweeny sounds at your disposal.
Frets have plenty of life left.
Guitar has a nasty ding on the back which is either a bad thing, or indeed it may give it 'character' I'd like to say the latter. Very slight crack near the bottom E string where the board has separated, it's stable and not of any concern.
All in all a cool vintage guitar, in a rad colour, for a very nice price. Made in Japan..and shall come with a period correct gig bag if you are nice to the shop dog, while stocks last.
