Description
The thinking player’s Les Paul… but with better upper fret access and gold hardware that’s aged like a villain in a Bond film. The SG-1000 was Yamaha’s high-spec answer to the late-‘70s/early-‘80s singlecut wars—and it still holds up like a champ.
Set neck, carved top, bound everything. Ebony board with split-block inlays, dual humbuckers with coil taps, and that unmistakable Yamaha feel—smooth, solid, and just a little bit dangerous.
Shows some honest wear, but nothing that gets in the way of what this thing was built for: singing leads, tight rhythm, and tone for days.
