Gorgeous ladder-braced sweetheart from the mid 1950s. These 1950's LG's are a winner. I love the combination of an approachably chunky 50's neck with the very directional 'straight brace' sound on a smaller bodied instrument. An inspiring fingerpicker in its own right but this thing will shine even brighter as a studio instrument. One of the nicest looking bursts you'll see. Beautifully kept and well maintained - enough patina to feel fuzzy and romantic but clean enough to know this one was cared for throughout its life. Neck geometry is spot on. Small cleat to underside of soundhole near the pickguard from a repaired crack in that area. New bridge saddle. Serial number V7989. Includes A red lined Gibson logo'd pasteboard case.
