Fender introduced the Jazzmaster in 1958, giving the electric guitar one of its most enduring silhouettes in the process. The Jaguar followed in 1962, while Mosrite took the offset idea somewhere altogether different with its distinctive Ventures-era designs. Originally pitched at jazz players, Fender’s offsets instead found their stride in surf, garage, punk and alternative music. Our collection covers vintage and second-hand Jazzmasters, Jaguars and Mustangs, Mosrites, Japanese oddities and guitars that borrow, bend or completely rethink the offset form.
