Mid '60s Jazzmaster, with one of the best tortoiseshell guards ever made, truly stunning. A couple of changes from stock as you'd expect. Guitar has of course had a refret. The slider switch has been replaced, as have the pots. Wires have been extended throughout. The Strap pins have been changed, and the tremolo arm is a replacement. The 'Jazz' circuit is original '65..Pickguard has a very minor touch of warp..as you'd expect. Back of the neck has wear that looks a bit like an alligator or crocodile if you prefer. The body has sticker tan on the back, and some wear through to the wood...and, finally, the top of the body has some overspray. This thing has been played, and of course, with good reason. It has a lovely light weight body, and is resonant as anything you'd care to mention. Made in the USA SN 108274 Weight: 3.70kgs
