Description
Player grade ES-175 from late '68.
Original truss cover and tailpiece.
Has a smash repair between the bridge and the pickup cavity (as you can see from the half moon on the front face. Well shored up and flat and stable.
Bridge is a replacement. Loom, pots have been replaced from stock, Good quality components were used, CTS pots, Switchcraft jack and switch. Dimarzio PAF's installed that sound very bloody nice. Pickup rings are changed. Tuning machines are replaced with Gotoh. Pickguard is a replacement..
Ahhhh, you're still here...good, read on.
Original frets are still in place, low and flat but life left. Truss rod works in all directions.
Original, and as at left Gibson in '68? Absolutely not.
Is it a very nice feeling good playing and sounding vintage Jazz box...indeed it is, and money probably better spent than a modern reissue in my opinion.
Made in the USA and comes with a vintage blue lined case, with a vintage Doobie Brothers sticker on it.

"Like a lazy flowing river
Surrounding castles in the sky
And the crowd is growing bigger
Listening for the happy sounds
And I got to let them fly
Whoa, listen to the music
Whoa, listen to the music
Whoa, listen to the music
All the time" - Doobie Brothers.
