1st year oh so nice Dakota Red Musicmaster Bass.
Neck dates to May 1971, pots to earlier that year.
Just in really nice condition, pickguard is intact too..Nigh impossible thing to find...and such a beautiful colour too.
These Musicmaster basses were long overlooked, but if you want that sound, you really have to have a Musicmaster Bass. Fresh set up has it playing great..I must admit though, we retained the older roundwound strings, coz they sound so damn good..Frets are good, neck is straight, truss rod works.
Made in the USA and comes with a very sturdy vintage hard shell case.
What more can I say, this is a truly lovely thing.
