Lightweight, beautiful looking Precision from 1971. Great looking original tortoiseshell guard, original tuners, strap pins, jack and capacitor. Olympic White has aged and checked in a really lovely way, and now a lovely cream colour, with plenty of wear. Neck has seen a refret at some point and there is some pitting on the frets. There has been overspray over the neck. Bridge saddles are replacements as well as 2 of the intonation screws. There are 2 extra screw holes in the guard and a plugged thumb rest nearish the bridge. Why, your guess is as good as mine. Pickup is a 1974 P Bass pickup and the pots have been replaced. Brass nut (for more sustain ya dig) installed. It's a trip to play and you best believe it sounds the biz too. Being lightweight, it feels very comfortable to play and resonant too. Bit of a weapon.
