Vintage ES-335 in beautiful Cherry.
A couple of changes from stock, but not that many that it'll twist your head.
Firstly the guitar has had a refret and a new nut. At one point the guitar has had Schaller tuners on it but the originals are back on now (some small holes remain). The trapeze was removed and (I'd imagine) a BadAss style wraparound bridge was put where the bridge sits. There are 2 small patches in this area, but they have been done extremely well and are tough to see. The guitar is now rocking with a replacement stop tail and Schaller bridge. Some patched holes near the back strap pin from the trapeze.
Pots date to mid 1973 and the original Patent sticker pickups are in place with changed baseplate screws.
Feels super resonant in your hands, and comfortable to play too with a slim taper neck.
Also a really lightweight example at 3.35kgs.
In the flesh a very vibrant Cherry finish.
Pretty damn special early 70s ES, that plays and sounds as good as it looks.
Made in the USA and comes with the original Gibson hardcase.
