Early 1970s Les Paul Custom... and yes, for a Les Paul, this one is light! (4.25kg). Uncommon Cherry Sunburst finish. Some neat features on this era... 'Waffle Back tuners', 3 piece Mahogany neck, pancake Mahogany body and an excellent-sounding pair of Patent Sticker 'T-Top' humbuckers. This one is a fairly honest guitar. It has seen the quintessential 1980s mod (coil tap activated by an added mini toggle switch) - as a result the cover of the bridge pickup has been off at some stage but has been reinstated. Also, a replaced pickguard (modern Gibson Historic reproduction) and a couple of covered holes in the plastic control cavity cover. Original frets have plenty of life back in them. Well worn 1970's number that is sure to make you smile. Serial number 12229. Includes the original hardcase (missing handle but in great condition beyond there!). Weight, yep, 4.25kg... bloody light for one of these!
