Arkansas built Gretsch Country Gentleman. Wire arm Bigsby, gold hardware, stock Gretsch black top Filtertrons. In very nice condition indeed, stunning binding, original tuners etc. Some evidence of a touch up around the headstock, whatever it is it is beautifully fixed, and we cannot see a break. . Plugged in (into a Vox) it sounds damn fine, and takes off in just the right spots. The Bigsby feels great. I've heard people rag on the Booneville, Baldwin years, and maybe Gretsches from this time weren't super vintage spec, build quality is out of sight thoughg, and this guitar I think would easy go for another 50 years. Shoot, if it is good enough for Billy Duffy, it sure as hell is good enough for you. As you can probably gather I'm kind of in love with this guitar..it's a time machine, and a very cool thing indeed. Made in the USA SN 3 3090 Weight: 4.05kgs
