Description
Beat up mid 70s Gibson Dove. Really nice sounding one at that too. A few things of note. There are some cleated and repaired splits in the top. Small repaired split in the bridge. Bridge has also had a shave at some point. Quite a bit of wear on the back near the bottom. Pickup jack for a strap pin, but no pickup installed at this point. Saddle is lowish, but action is sitting pretty. Original frets have been dressed, probably a few times but are still doing the job, albeit quite low. I dunno, I dig it, really cool thing to play that has enough volume to push, and sound great when you cut back. Plenty range and a nicely balanced acoustic. Might look a bit rough., but definitely has a heart of gold. Made in the USA SN B005736
