Little bit of a gem in the Fender's early 80s line up, the Fender Lead II. Yes, I know Fender have reissued these...but if you want the thing, you best get the thing. Has had a recent body refinish by Tom Beardsworth and is looking sharp in a Translucent Red colour which shows off that beaut grain in the Ash body. New strap pins added but original pickups etc. Bit more helf that the Fender Bullet around the same time, feels substantial and could be good for ripping out Devo songs or Mission Of Burma or something along those lines. Frets are looking good, truss works. Made in the USA and comes with the original brown lined Fender case. SN E004986. Weight: 4.25kgs
