Superb early 80s 335. 2 original Tim Shaw pickups, and a beaut hot cherry finish. Perhaps it has a bit of an Alvin Lee look to it, if you can imagine a whole bunch of stickers covering the body, perhaps it doesn't, but either way, an opaque Cherry Red ES-335 is indeed a thing of beauty. Hardware has mucho oxidisation, not to the point of un-usability, not even close, let's just call it honest age. I reckon the early 80s was a pretty good time for these, super solid builds and of course, very PAF sounding pickups.
Still running original frets though I'd say a couple of dresses have probably occurred over time, and still life left. A very damn cool guitar with a wider nut width than the bulk of the 70s ES's for those who require such things. Used but in good condition, shaken but not stirred, happy but not delirious.
