Late 80s Japanese Charvel doing exactly what you want it to. Basswood body, maple neck with rosewood board, slim 2 Thin U carve, 22 medium jumbo frets. Fast, flat, and very much built for pointy end business.
Licensed Jackson Floyd Rose JT6. HSS Jackson pickups with a J90 humbucker at the bridge and J100S single coils in the middle and neck. The bridge pickup sits firmly in that Super Distortion zone. Medium to hot output, aggressive mids, tight low end. Singles are comparatively vintage voiced and balance well without sounding anaemic. Simple controls. 1 volume, 1 tone, 5 way blade.
Plays well, feels light on the strap, and does the late 80s shred to hard rock thing without apology. Missing the trem arm but otherwise ready to go. Weighs 3.2kg #344834.
