Good bloody chunk of wood, with an interesting top,
Feels a lot like a 91 Gibson Les Paul Standard, which is unsurprising, as Orville were given the rights by Gibson to use the headstock shape and god knows what else.
Common thought on these Orville by Gibson models is that they shipped with Gibson pickups however, I have seen a number of these come through without the USA pickups, this being one of them. In saying that, the pickups sound very bloody good anyways.
Little rough on the body, this guitar has been played and shows some signs of it, feels well worn in and comfortable to play. Nice big chunky frets with not much wear. Decent quality hardware, yep, it does make a difference.
Made in Japan and comes with a hardshell case.
