What an awesome D-18. Featherweight Mahogany and vintage spec. This era of production saw some pretty neat spec. Lovely 'V' shaped neck carve. The whole instrument has mellowed out nicely. Beautiful honey toned top with a good amount of finish checking. Neck geometry is ace here too. Glued in long saddle has ample height for further action adjustment if desired. This one's perfect for someone who wants the performance of a (relatively) modern instrument with the character of something has seen legitimate playtime. Made in USA. SN: 674213. Includes a hardcase.
