Early 'American Vintage' series reissue of a '57 Strat.
Lightweight Alder body with some nice straight graining.
Soft 'V' neck profile with some age to it. Single ply scratchplate. Still running its original 3-way switch. Slight lacquer burn from guitar stand to rear of neck.
Freshly serviced and sounding great. Truss rod is fully backed off and playing and sitting well with 10-46 D'Addarios so would be fine to run anything heavier. 9
-42's would like push the neck into minor backbow so bare that in mind.
The guitar is priced accordingly.
Missing the backplate and comes housed in a non original hardcase in fair condition.
