I love these smaller body Martin guitars, and the Clapton model is really a very special guitar. Solid Sitka Spruce top with antique toner, and all solid East Indian Rosewood back and sides. Beautiful sounding instrument. The one we have here, I guess you could say is player grade, to a degree, but honestly, in my opinion, this is one of the nicest sounding one of these I have played. This guitar has had, a small binding repair. The saddle has been dropped, and the action is sitting pretty, but there is not a lot of room left to come down should you need to in the future. There has been a repaired and cleated top crack in the top, visible but no threat to the structural integrity of the instrument. Aside from all that, some signs of play wear, but it is no where near looking like Trigger just yet. Lovely balanced tone. If the above doesn't bother you you'll be getting a fine sounding instrument for a very good price, Comes in a hardshell case, with warranty card and strap pin. Made in the USA SN 1699520.
