Recent build Martin D-28. 'Re-imagined' series spec. Forward-shifted, non-scalloped bracing. Deep, rich, and balanced sound that is highly responsive. Nice vintage appointments to this era too... aging toner to the spruce top, faux tortoiseshell pickguard, Waverly-style machine heads. Nice thing. Discreetly fitted with an aftermarket Fishman undersaddle pickup with volume and tone controls accessible via the soundhole. There is a lacquer crack down the centre seam; however, it is purely aesthetic and does not penetrate the soundboard. Beyond this, we've got a modern D-28 neat condition overall... save a couple of bucks on the new price! SN: 2651469. Includes the original Martin hardcase. Made in USA.
