This is the type of guitar begging for a nice floating pickup at the neck, but luckily this one hasn't had one added yet. Luckily because this means the original guard is unspoiled, and because you'll be all clear for adding a new one with Charlie Christian pickup of some sort mounted in it.

Tuners have been replaced, and there's a repaired headstock split under the bass side tuners, oversprayed and very much stable.
Serial number is AWOL, so we're saying c1950s.
