Lovely late 1950's ES-225 with a twist. Can you spot it? ... okay it's the inlays. We've got split blocks instead of dots. Sorry if that's not as exciting of a twist as you might have expected, but most times you don't want one of those anywhere near your guitar anyway. Slim 1 & 11/16ths body depth, 12" radius, 24.75" scale, normal stuff. Single dogear pickup. Somebody had a few too many gins at the factory when they installed the tailpiece, so the string to neck alignment is ever so slightly wonky toward the heel when the bridge settles to where it naturally wants to be, but that's old guitars for you. Reposition the tailpiece and strap pin slightly toward the bass side and you're good for another 70 years. It's been left as it left the factory for now. Good reason to either learn more chords, or less of them. Hard shell case. Weighs less than a six pack of Asahi pint cans, about the heft of an average male cat at 2.45kg.
