Description
Properly oddball long-scale Teisco from the golden age of chrome and chaos. Three pickups, oversized plate, and the kind of switchgear that dares you to figure it out mid-set. Fresh set of Ernie Ball Bass VI strings (they have an eagle on them). Tone pot and cap replaced. Slight hump near the top of the neck, but it’s not where the money is anyway. Trem’s been hardtailed and doesn’t function. Get around the most characterful Bass VI/Baritone alternative out there. It'll fight you, it'll bring you to tears, it's way too ambitious but, that's why we love it.
Made in Japan, c1960s. No case. Plays and sounds every bit as weird as it looks.
Playability as is... (mind you, for those who want to get these things to the next level, can highly recommend a pro refret with some chunkier wire)
