MXR teamed up with Daredevil Pedals founder Johnny Wator to design a no-frills distortion box to get you from quiet calm to rock meltdown in an instant. Featuring a dual-stage cascading gain circuit, Sweetwater's distortion devotees are thrilled that a single Level control is all you need to crank the Jail Doors Overdrive pedal into wall-of-sound mayhem. This numbered, limited-run pedal comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, and proceeds from sales will directly benefit Jail Guitar Doors USA, a Los Angeles-based non-profit supporting youth and adults impacted by incarceration with music education and life-skills programs.
