Yeah, well, I guess you could call this competion Black..and yes kids, this is what will happen to you too if you don't give up cigarettes. Competition burgundy (Blue) Mustang Bass the likes of which we have never seen. Yes it came from Japan, and yes in Japan they used to smoke in clubs a lot, and yes, surely this kind of reaction to happen with a finish could only have happened from this bass being in the heat and smoke of the land of the rising sun. I'll let the pictures do the talking...but damn, if this is not the coolest Mustang Bass you've ever seen, then I will eat my hat. Original parts are all preserved in a thick layer of nicotine..kinda like Cryogenics..thank you Walt. Trust me, if you own this bass you'll never be lonely, or without conversation...ever again.
