Late 1970s D-18 with a whole lot of vibe going. This one has enough runs on the board to feel nice and open. These non-truss rod era 1970s dread feel extra lively to my ears. Very playable with a soft V neck carve. Big and bold Mahogany tonality to this one. Neck geometry is good with a 3mm action to bass side and 2.75mm treble at the 12th fret with 12-54 gauge strings and 2.5mm at the bridge saddle. Currently, my favourite D-18 in the store! Serial number 414940. Includes the original blue Martin plastic moulded hardcase (the coolest).
