Rocker grade Black Telecaster.
Yep, this was originally an International Series Telecaster in Capri Orange that someone has refinished (extremely well I might add) in Black.
It has had a changed guard, and neck pickup . Switch tip and knobs have been replaced too....with non matching cool looking gold ones.
Neck finish is smooth, but a little rough and ready...gosh that makes no sense at all...ok, neck finish is smooth...but 'looks' a little rough and ready.
All in all, this is a rad Telecaster to play...and will do the Stranglers 'Peaches' guitar sound to a tee.
Frets are hanging in there.
You know this thing is going to look cooler the older it gets as that Capri Orange pokes out under the Black.
Comes with the original Fender plastic moulded case that it came with in 1981.
SN S842293, Weighs 4.5kgs due to the 41236 coats of black paint on it.
