Gorgeous JV Serial Stratocaster out of Japan.
Early 1980s build.
Exceptionally uncommon Fiesta Red finish.
Early 'Red bobbin' pickups dating to 1982.
Neck pocket and neck heel also dated to '82.
Still running a 3-way switch.
Priced according to some aesthetic losses. The guitar has seen a locking nut installed at some stage (note filled holes on headstock), there have also been a pair of holes on the face of the body below the tremolo which have been filled and touched up.
Regardless the guitar is very presentable for its age, even with the described blemishes.
Electronics are untouched, frets are great, truss rod functions perfectly.
Feels and plays great.
Nice and light at 3.4kg.
